Full Job Description

We have immediate starts available for Zero Hours Contracts across the UK for experienced Construction Site workers including Team Leaders, Skilled Liquid Waterproofing Applicators, Concrete Repairers, Movement Joint Installers. You will be offered work on an 'as required' basis.

  • We are a Specialist Contractor that operates in the Repair and Maintenance of Structures through core activities that include Concrete Repairs, Liquid Waterproofing and Movement Joints, working on Multi-Storey Car Park facilities, elevated Service Decks, Podium Slabs and Flat Roofs.

    Our Site Teams work throughout the UK under the guidance and supervision of our Project Management Team, with teams located regionally throughout the country.

    You will be expected to:
  • Work as part of a Team performing tasks that include, deck preparation using appropriate equipment, concrete repairs, liquid coating application and working using your own initiative within the agreed criteria; plus, general activities associated with working on a Construction Site.

  • Ensure jobs are completed on time to a high standard

  • Promote Safe Working practices, using tools and equipment safely, and using PPE as provided.

    Enthusiastic, reliable self-starter able to use initiative whilst working unsupervised

  • Experience of working on busy construction sites

  • Excellent team working skills

  • The ability to follow instructions, with specialist training being provided to develop your skills and support what we do

  • Demonstrate a general knowledge of construction principles and repair methods; and be prepared to learn new skills

  • Health and Safety Awareness and confident in the completion of site H&S compliance documentation

  • Willingness to travel to sites across the UK


  • Experience/Certification:
  • Applicant has had previous experience working on construction sites

  • CSCS (required)

  • Liquid waterproofing experience is desirable but not essential

  • Valid UK driver's license preferred but not essential
