Full Job Description

As our new Compliance Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring that our Lincoln House manufacturing facility operates and adheres to all relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.

Staying updated with changes in regulations and maintaining accurate records of compliance you will be an integral member of the team., Shifts: Monday to Thursday - 8:30 am - 5 pm. Friday 8:30 am - 2:00 pm.
What you'll be doing

Overall responsibility for DFS Manufacturing compliance :

  • Ensure up to date certification is held from Suppliers and recorded on Track Record Global (TRG) including but not exclusive to: Fabric Flame Resistance (FR), Fabric Chemical Certification, Fabric Physical Certification, Leather Assessments, Frame Assessments, Foam and Fibre Testing, Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)

  • Control & ensure our Due Diligence testing calendar is kept up to date

  • Liaise with testing houses to arrange tests when required and obtain certification

  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain goods for testing when required

  • Conduct audits on site for FSC usage, storage etc.

  • Update DFS Policy documentation where necessary

  • Assist with external audits (BSI, FIRA, FSC etc.)

    You are highly organised

  • Have excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively

  • Ability to work alone/autonomously

  • Good level of communication skills - written and verbal

  • IT Literate
