Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. SAGE 50 experience would be beneficial, but training will be given if necessary. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in working order
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with data entry, invoicing and record keeping
- Provide support to other team members as necessary, Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The Administrator may be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Experience with data entry and basic bookkeeping using Sage is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work,
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- English (preferred)
