Full Job Description

Ensure all stakeholders including families, charity partners, trustees and volunteers receive all relevant information in a timely manner

What will you be doing?

  • To be able to provide a comprehensive service to all stakeholders so that everyone is aware of appropriate information

  • Preparing newsletters, letters and other communications materials

  • To have the ability to circulate newsletters by post and email

  • To be able to prepare 'Thank You' letters and cards and send out to appropriate people and organisations

  • To work closely with other team members to ensure any information being communicated is in line with all current information being sent out by other team members - i.e. marketing team / social media etc

  • To communicate by phone and email with our service users, keeping them aware of activities and services available to them, and ensuring they are receiving the support they need., Your help will encourage good relationships with our stakeholders, including companies sponsoring us and families we support. You will work with our service users, ensuring they are getting all the support they want.


  • Before you apply

    Shortlisted candidates will be asked to fill out an application form for our records. You will be invited to an induction day, where you will receive basic training and have an informal interview. This will be lead by our CEO and will be an opportunity for you to learn more about what we do and meet some of our team.
