Full Job Description

  • The world of commissioning is vast and in this role an apprentice will learn elements of Public Health, Adults and Childrens commissioning, working alongside various officers and spending some days in the office, some out in the community and others working remotely from home, Commissioning work to a cycle of Analyse , plan, do and review, using evidence to direct our next steps, any number of tasks could take place within a week with your input changing as you grow and develop below is an example of tasks we would expect your involvement with:

  • Develop, maintain and update spreadsheets / team databases.

  • Assist with undertaking consultation and engagement, and drafting of any documentation as required.

  • Compose routine correspondence, and perform note taking or minute taking as necessary.

  • To provide assistance or administrative support to other members of the team.

    Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Administrative skills, Number skills, Logical, Team working, Creative, Non judgemental, Patience, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) Essential

  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) Essential
