Full Job Description

As the Commercial Property Manager based within our Lettings & Commercial team this role has a responsibility for the management of MTVHs Commercial Leases. The role of the Commercial Property Manager will see you taking the lead on the negotiation of Commercial Leases by putting in place and maintaining robust agreements which achieve best value, increase customer satisfaction, and minimise risk.,

  • Responsible for the negotiation and management of commercial contractual relationships with external partners to ensure best value, achieve high customer satisfaction, and minimise risk.

  • Put in place processes to manage income and expenditure on commercial contractual relationships which achieve best value for MTVH and its' customers.

  • Minimise business risk by designing and implementing robust monitoring programmes of contractual arrangements.

  • Budget setting and control for Commercial properties, to ensure best value for MTVH and it's customers.

  • Be the first point of contact for and manage MTVH's relationship with commercial tenants and leaseholders.

  • Effective management of the Commercial Property Business Coordinator to ensure objectives are met.

  • Work with the Development team and Customers Services SLT to identify Commercial units suitable for disposal to maximise the financial gain

  • Ability to understand, interpret and explain complex information.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience of stakeholder management and relationship building.

    Experiences of managing commercial properties and leases.

  • An in depth knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, policy frameworks.

  • A good understanding of housing management law and practice.

  • Extensive experience of negotiation to achieve business benefits or strong commercial results.
