The Collaborations Graphic Designer will work closely with the Collaborations Team to create a rang of graphics and presentation documents with the Senior Collaborations Design Manager to embody the voice of END. through rich design and captivating story telling.

Main Duties

  • Develop collaborative products with brand partners from concept to final production.

  • Produce line art to communicate design concepts, including multiple views and details as necessary in both 2D and 3D where necessary.

  • Present design / concept boards to communicate design and ideas around projects.

  • Create original artwork that enhances design concepts and tells stories to the consumer.

  • Work with the business and brand partners to understand market needs and design to product briefs.

  • Be aware of key deadlines and launch dates to ensure key milestones are achieved.

  • Work on multiple projects at various stages in the process, ensuring the smooth movement of workflow through the product design process.

  • Keep abreast of market trends and consumer needs.

  • Create and maintain all art files.

  • Select colour, materials and components used in product designs and understand the impact of choices on costing and overall design aesthetic.

  • Create tech packs and other materials to hand-off to brand partners for sample manufacturing.

  • Attend and contribute to sample review sessions.

  • Meet calendar deadlines and deliverables.

  • Create engaging presentations in Keynote that are used to sell brand partners on our ideas.

    Advanced level Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Keynote.

  • Good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrrying out assigned tasks. Knowledge can be a acquired through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.

  • Operates within defined role with some autonomy in how tasks are delivered.

  • Good understanding of how the team integrates and collaborates with other teams to achieve overall objectives of the department

  • Understands procedures and has the capability to evaluate and select the the appropriate alternatives from defined options, plans and monitors own work within agreed guidelines.

  • Works well within a positive and collaborative skill-sharing environment.

  • Direct impact on customer experience and team performance through the quality of the tasks performed or services provided.

  • Good verbal and written communication with colleagues and customers.

  • Level 4, Degree level and suitable experience preferred.
