Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, goal orientated Graduate to join our People Sourcing & Onboarding team. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder, has a positive can-do attitude, a good multi tasker and enjoys working at pace.
This is a highly collaborative role, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader. You will support with live Job requisitions by sourcing talented people, screening, liaising with Hiring Managers and supporting the onboarding process.

Role Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, screening and supporting interviews with candidates.

  • Scheduling interviews for applicants and liaising with Hiring Managers.

  • Creating and posting Job Advertisements across multiple platforms (Linkedin, Indeed etc)

  • Support the People Sourcing and Onboarding Partner with the CMS Graduate Programme recruitment and onboarding.

  • Research and attend Careers Fairs.

  • Support the onboarding and induction process for new starters by working along side the People Development and People Relations team.

  • Coordinate new starter plans with Line Managers.

  • Keep candidates engaged during pre-boarding.

  • Support with the distribution and coordination of onboarding documents for new starters.

  • Assist with the coordination of new Joiner and greeters emails, and issue new starter surveys.

    BA/BSc degree in an field, HR, Business Management and Psychology would be highly regarded.

  • Must be able to learn and grasp latest technology and innovation, inckuding the use of social media.

  • Ability to speak multiple languages would be highly regarded, ideally French or German.
