Full Job Description

  • Coordinating the admin generated from training agreements, PDPs as well as maintenance and upkeep of our LMS Platform - MyLearning on SuccessFactors.

  • Calendar management for scheduling training sessions, workshops etc.

  • Frequent data analysis and reporting on our learning stats across the business, including internal, external & online.

  • Supporting the People Sourcing & Onboarding team by collaborating on CMS Graduate Programme and Mentoring Programmes with induction and training requests.

  • Supporting the Internal Communications team with learning/awareness initiatives which are happening company wide - i.e. raising awareness of our Culture and Values, new policy launches on MyLearning, and any other learning initiatives and campaigns that need support around internal comms.

  • Always looking to innovate and evolve our business by offering new ideas for improvements to L&D at CMS.

    We are looking for a solution focussed human resources Graduate to join our People Development team. The ideal candidate is curious, has a growth mindset, a positive 'can do' attitude, excellent communication skills and is highly task driven. The successful applicant will be a team player who is confident and able to influence key stakeholders to their way of thinking. Our ideal candidate should be a strong communicator that is keen to take ownership of Learning & Development activities with a passion for training, delivering results and making a positive impact., Emotional Intelligence

  • Confident communicator, BA/BSc degree. Minimum 2:2.

  • HR, Business, Psychology degree would be desirable.

  • Ablility to speak another language (other than English) fluently would be desirable. Ideally French, Dutch, German or Mandarin.

  • Excellent communication skills both in written and in verbal format.

  • Office administrator or HR experience is desirable.

  • Ability to learn and grasp latest technology and innovation, including the use of social media.

  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent is desirable, Positive and enthusiastic, "can do" attitude.

  • Willingness to learn new skills through a growth mindset.

  • Structured, organised and methodical work style.

  • Team player, supportive and helpful to others.

  • Self-starter, able to pick up tasks and deliver outcomes.

  • Evidence of and passion for learning new skills, curiosity and self-development.
