Clinical Nurse Lead

The post holder will be grounded in nursing leadership to support shift co-ordination and delivering safe patient care daily, whilst undertaking and forming part of multi-disciplinary team carrying out assessment and formulations of patients referred and undergoing treatment within the service.
The post holder will work collaboratively with members of the multi-disciplinary team, and liaise with other services within the secure pathway as required to ensure the needs of the individual is met.
They will lead in the delivery of high quality nursing care, the role will include providing clinical leadership to the teams within the service. The post holder will be responsible for role modelling, delivering clinical supervision, giving advice and support to colleagues on aspects of assessment, formulation, care and treatment.
