Cleaner

Reporting to our head office each morning to collect the van you will travel between sites during the work day, a full clean manual driving licence is required.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday varying from 06:00am to 15:00pm & 07:30am to 16:30pm.

This role is 40 hours per week offering an hourly rate of £12.00 less tax and national insurance, paid weekly.

General cleaning duties include:

• Undertaking build and sparkle cleans of new homes


• Periodic stock cleans of new homes


• Housekeeping of holiday let properties (Air B N B)


• Head Office clean


• Canteen & office areas - sanitising tables, chairs, doors, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and sanitising fridges and microwaves


• Drying Room sweep mop. Wipe lockers down and remove any rubbish form the tops


• Toilet areas - sinks, walls, toilets, floors cleaned and stocked up with toilet rolls and soap


• Touch points monitored and cleaned after every use


• Smoking Area - sweep, litter and pick the area


• General floor cleaning


• Builders and sparkle cleans within houses and apartments (inline with cleaning checklists)


• Regular cleaning of the company vans

Experience is preferred, however training and PPE/uniform will be provided and you will be required to be face fit tested.

You will also be required to attend an company induction at our Head Office. Immediate start is available for the right candidate.
