Full Job Description

Change Talks is hiring a passionate individual as a Change Talks Educator to support PSHE curriculum development and delivery alongside our Team Leader. This role involves collaborating with the team to design and implement curriculum content, primarily for our interactive platform in schools. You'll also assist in delivering health education sessions to businesses nationwide. Administrative tasks like attendance tracking are part of the role too. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the development and delivery of the PSHE curriculum alongside our Team Leader. You'll collaborate closely with the team to design and implement the PSHE curriculum across various key stages. Additionally, you'll work hand-in-hand with the Team Leader to develop content for the PSHE interactive platform for schools, ensuring regular updates to meet evolving educational needs.

Your responsibilities extend beyond the community, as you'll actively support the Team Leader in delivering health education sessions to businesses nationwide. This involves sharing expertise, facilitating discussions, and providing insights on mental health and well-being. Administrative tasks, such as tracking attendance and supporting program efficiency, are also part of this role. Overall, as a Change Talks Educator, you'll have a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development of the PSHE curriculum and promote positive change in our community and beyond.

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
