Catering Assistant

A small privately owned sandwich bar and outside catering business, we require previous relevant catering experience . Basic food safety qualification is a must. Able to handle cash/take card payments. Must be able to communicate in english, able to demonstrate ability to work as part of a small team. Able to demonstrate good customer interaction skills. Able to work at speed to prepare freshly made salad boxes/sandwiches/jacket potatoes. Able to prepare basic sandwich filling ingredients. Able to follow cleaning schedules and ensure that premises are safe and hygienic at all times.
