Full Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our car parking team in Cannock/Stafford for the Camper Jam Event . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of traffic and ensuring the safety and efficiency of our car park facility. The role will involve evening and weekend shifts on a flexible, casual contract basis to meet the needs of our clients. We are looking for dependable candidates who are willing to work a variety of shifts during the week and on weekends.,

  • Direct and guide vehicles to ensure safe and efficient flow of traffic in the car park

  • Assist customers with directions and parking queries

  • Monitor and enforce car park rules and regulations

  • Respond to emergencies and incidents as required

  • Maintain accurate records of car park usage and revenue

  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations

    Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
