Full Job Description
- Create accurate CAD models/geometry based on client requirements.
- Review and enhance client-supplied models to optimize manufacturability.
- Utilise CAD models to generate NC code suitable for Trumpf laser cutters.
- Develop precise drawing sheets for components to facilitate press-break forming.
- Maintain meticulous drawing control and document revisions to parts.
- Generate Bill of Materials (BoM) lists for orders and coordinate procurement of additional components.
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients.
- Fulfill any reasonable management requests.
Demonstrate expertise in CNC laser programming or possess relevant qualifications. - Interpret and create technical engineering drawings proficiently.
- Possess knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes.
- Apply strong mathematical skills to engineering tasks.
- Utilize Microsoft Office proficiently for documentation and communication purposes.
- Preferably, have experience with TruTops software.
- Exhibit self-motivation, focus, and flexibility in work approach.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high levels of accuracy and commitment to quality.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and initiative in addressing challenges.
- Communicate effectively within teams and with stakeholders.
