Byredo- Selfridges Birmingham Counter Manager- 30 Hours

The Byredo Counter Manager has the ability of promoting brand loyalty to customers in the beautyand luxury goods sector, in order to guarantee the quantitative and qualitative objectives assigned. He/she represents the Company and acts as a representative of the Brand ensuring the implementation of all directions received from the corporate departments and his/her superior., We're looking for an Counter Manager at our Selrfridges Birmingham Store. As the Counter Manager, 75% of the daily activity will be focussed on delivering Byredo customer service standards alongside maintaining retailoperational standards. 25% of your activity will be management tasks including, managing the Brand Ambassador daily schedules, organising temp cover, responding to customer queries and developing the in-store relationship with the retailer and retailer floor / department Manager. The Counter Manager is a role model for Byredo behaviours and culture and will always reflect the values of the Company with their Customers and their Colleagues. This role is a junior management position that will provide opportunities to develop leadership and management skills, in readiness for more senior roles in the future.
