Full Job Description

We're looking for two dynamic and motivated individuals with relevant experience to join our team in the role of Business Services Administrator. Alongside being an amazing ambassador for the Humber Bridge, your responsibilities will be:

  • Working as part of a team to provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors to the Humber Bridge site, including inducting and orienting visitors & contractors and managing deliveries

  • Managing central enquiries by phone and email, redirecting internally as needed

  • Ensuring appropriate preparations are in place for relevant meetings e.g. room booking, catering, project specific requirements

  • Recording visitor data, and supporting other teams who are also required to record facilities activity

  • Developing, maintaining and managing effective administrative systems, including filing, archiving and other Humber Bridge office systems

  • Problem solving issues that arise on a day to day basis using own judgement or in collaboration with others

  • Supporting with Internal/colleague events

  • Servicing of meeting rooms, as well as monitoring/ordering consumables
