We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our company as Business Development Executive - Team Leader based at our office near Chelmsford.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our company as Business Development Executive- Team Leader, a new role!

You will assist with the sales process for new and existing customers and will support the Group Sales Manager through effective management of the groups Business Development Executive (BDE) team.,

  • Act as a trusted relationship-builder between the company and customers.

  • Facilitate communication between company and customers.

  • Provide advice to the company about trends in their industry and target market.

  • Provide leadership to the BDE's and manage the team in the absence of the Group Sales Manager.

  • Carry out monthly 1-1 meetings with the BDE's

  • Help customers understand the benefits of new products and services.

    We are looking for someone who has good experience working in an office sales team environment, is a team player, keen to liaise with customers, external, internal or potential!


  • You must be able to demonstrate your sales experience coupled with team leadership experience also. You must have experience of sourcing potential customer and be comfortable speaking with them over the phone and be able to suggest products that would suit their requirements.

    This is a key role and you must have recent experience of selling products, we can train you on the two way radios, but you must demonstrate that sales knowledge and ability to lead a team.
