Full Job Description

Our business analysts are the key people for deep knowledge of client business requirements to ensure we are focused on the right things before starting development. Elicit, analyse, validate, specify, verify, and manage the real needs of the client stakeholders across different industries on primarily agile projects.
Refine requirements and support development in delivering software solutions to client requirements., We are looking for someone who can

  • Build relationships with clients across multiple industries.

  • Act as the conduit between the client and the internal project teams through which requirements flow and being involved at some level throughout the entire software development life cycle.

  • Play a key role in delivering bespoke complex technology solutions.

  • Capture client requirements.

  • Write User Stories or functional specifications.

  • Manage workload across projects while working closely with internal design and UX, project management, technical, and test teams.

    Experience writing User Stories and Functional Specifications.

  • Solid experience in Agile and Waterfall methodology.

  • Experience with Stand-Ups and Review Sessions.

  • You will be able to work proactively in a cross-functional and multi-disciplined team.

  • You will be proactive, organised, and able to work collaboratively.

  • Have an open and inquisitive mind towards learning.

  • A great team player that has gained the respect of others.

  • A clear, confident, and effective communicator who is comfortable speaking with customers.

  • Any exposure to Public Sector and GDS standards would be an advantage.
