Full Job Description

Great opportunity for an apprentice to join a busy solicitors' firm. The role will include exposure to all aspects of general office administration with the opportunity to get involved with ad-hoc projects as required.

  • Front of house reception and switchboard

  • Welcoming clients and accepting deliveries

  • Assist with typing letters and other documents

  • Monitoring office stationery and liaising with office administrator

  • Assist with processing & scanning of incoming post

  • Processing outgoing post

  • Photocopy/Scan documents for colleagues

  • File closing

  • Making refreshments for clients

  • Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy at all times

  • Assist colleagues with meeting room bookings

  • Assist with general organisation/tidiness of office to comply with Health & Safety

    You will receive support from an assessor to help you prepare for your End Point Assessment covering:
  • Knowledge

  • Skills

  • Behaviour

  • As required to meet L3 Business Administrator apprenticeship Standard.
    You will attend online masterclasses every other week for 1 day. Maths & English Level 2 (if required)
    Qualification achieved: L3 Business Administrator

    Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Administrative skills, Team working, Initiative, GCSE or equivalent Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above) Essential

    Provision of legal services (excluding criminal/immigration law) across 4 offices in Warwickshire.

    You could reduce your training time, or finish your apprenticeship faster, if you have relevant prior learning or experience. This could be relevant:
