Full Job Description

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for maintaining top-quality premises? Do you excel in overseeing maintenance operations and ensuring smooth functionality?, We're looking for a Building Services Supervisor (BSS) to join our team. As a BSS, you'll play a crucial role in assisting with the upkeep and functionality of our premises. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance team, working closely with Building Services Officers (BSO) to ensure janitorial and maintenance services are completed efficiently., Oversee day-to-day operations of the Maintenance team.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and manage repair projects.
- Ensure all areas are well-maintained, safe, and presentable.
- Liaise with external contractors and agencies for successful completion of works.
- Supervise staff to guarantee smooth operation of essential systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).

Previous experience in building maintenance or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
-NEBOSH general /construction certificate
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
-Previous experience liaising with external contractors or agencies.
-Previous experience managing the work of maintenance staff and contractors.
-Previous experience managing construction projects.
