Full Job Description

You'll develop your project management skills and an in-depth understanding of energy efficiency, determining carbon footprint calculations, programming and APIs, and data dashboards. You'll develop your people and change management knowledge and skills. You'll use business intelligence tools and databases. You'll manage prototyping, testing and validation in integrating the data dashboard into the existing platform. You'll lead on identification, prioritisation and delivery of training and support Munday + Cramer's Digital Marketing Apprentice in identifying, reviewing and prioritising licensing opportunities of the new developed tool. You'll regularly be required to engage with Munday + Cramer clients.
Munday + Cramer see the Associate potentially becoming one of their senior leaders.
Although you'll be employed by ARU, you'll be primarily based at Munday + Cramer's offices in South Woodham Ferrers, Chelmsford., You'll 'own' your own project, linked to both a university and business whose experienced teams will provide you with full support. Develop Skills:

  • You'll work with innovative and ambitious business staff, including contact with senior management. You'll liaise with external clients and see the real-life impact of your work.

    Degree in Energy and Sustainability, Mechanical, Computing or Construction Engineering

  • Practical and/or research experience in Energy and Sustainability, Building fabric and Mechanical Infrastructure, and Energy Efficiency

  • Understanding of thermal energy efficiency

  • Advanced digital skills

  • Strong Interpersonal skills

  • Ideally, experienced computer programmer
