Full Job Description

We are recruiting a highly organized Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our small team. The Office Administrator/Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and bookkeeping., Carry out general administrative tasks such as responding to emails, answering 'phone calls and dealing with incoming sales orders.
- Carry out all accounts payable/receivable tasks, including processing purchasing invoices/raising sales invoices and outgoing/incoming payments
- Utilize accounting software such as Xero (preferable) or QuickBooks to manage financial records

- Prepare all aspects of the payroll and submit VAT returns

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero (preferable) or QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience preferred in understanding and preparing documentation for export shipments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)

- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
