Full Job Description

  • Establishing and maintaining processes to ensure timely payment of suppliers.

  • Reconciling bank accounts.

  • Coordinating the management of overdue debts.

  • Liaising with customers on accounts queries.

  • Other administrative duties and tasks as required by the business

    We are looking for a highly organised, confident self-starter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping experience. You will have a positive attitude, a flexible approach and a willingness to build strong working relationships with colleagues., To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have:

  • Familiarisation with Xero/ QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Highly organised approach with the ability to prioritise.
