Full Job Description

Care Plus Group Community Continence Service covers Grimsby, Cleethorpes and the surrounding villages within North East Lincolnshire. They deliver a wide range of continence care to people either in their own homes or in other community settings. The post holder will be part of a team responsible for providing the vital support to enable an effective and efficient service delivery., The post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Community Continence team. Key elements of the post are to be the first point of contact for telephone enquiries from service users and professionals, taking messages and forwarding to the appropriate source and also the stock control and ordering of stock for the team. Work will generally be carried out under supervision and will be within well established procedures.

Level 2 or equivalent level of competence in computer applications.

Recent experience of working in an office/reception (within the last year).

Salary: Range 2 £20,702 (Under 21) £22,370 (21 and over), £22,370 a year age 21 and over; £20702 under 21, pro rata
