Are you an aspiring Account Manager with a keen interest in digital marketing and a passion to help clients achieve their marketing objectives? We could have the opportunity for you!

The successful candidate will work with our Account Management team to deliver an excellent client experience and help grow our clients' businesses by utilising our expertise in digital and the industries in which our clients operate.

Note: We work from the office 3 days per week, however, there's potential for this role to be based in either our Newcastle or Leeds office.

The role

You'll be responsible for:

# Supporting the successful management of clients in line with the Mediaworks experience, standards, and quality.

# Helping the Client Services team manage the delivery of digital marketing campaigns and creative projects for clients across various sectors including retail, finance, healthcare, and more.

# Coordinating the efforts of the internal teams to continually deliver value for our clients and maximise the impact we have on their businesses.

# Helping to manage stakeholder expectations at each client touchpoint by effectively coordinating and communicating meetings and progress updates.

#Building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams, understanding their market and business needs.

#Always going above and beyond to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients!

# A minimum of one years' experience in a client-facing or digital marketing role, ideally within an agency environment.

#Knowledge of digital marketing channels including PPC and SEO.

#A natural ability for building personable relationships.

#An aptitude for solving problems and a desire to support and learn from others.

#Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

# Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret and review commercial data.

# A strong desire to learn by continually training and pursuing personal development opportunities.

# A great attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit.
