Full Job Description

We're looking for an Aquatics Administrator to assist the Aquatic's Coordinator in the delivery of the Swim School Lessons Programme, to manage the Swim Vision customer relations including enquiries, issues, waiting lists and direct debit queries. The post holder will oversee the day-to-day duties of processing administrative staff requests as well as administrative tasks associated with Swim Vision's booking system.

Vision currently operates across three swimming pools based at our Fullwell Cross, Mayfield and Loxford Leisure centres. We also operate at an external pool based in Caterham High School. Our programme extends across both daytime and evening requiring the successful candidate to work on a Working full-time Flexi - Rota.

Job requirements:

· Administrative processing of Swim Vision staff and Swim Vision programme

· To assist the Aquatics Coordinator for the Swim School in the delivery of the schools' swimming programme, booking and co-ordinating Swim Vision schedules.

· To Liaise with the Aquatics Coordinator to ensure effective maintenance and programming of the Go Learn booking system.

· To monitor stock levels of badges, certificates, Hats, instructor uniform and poolside equipment to identify order requirements.

· To be at the forefront of all initial customer relations and passing on any enquiries that require further attention to the Aquatics Coordinator where required.

· To aid the Aquatics Coordinator in the recruitment and interviews of applications for the funded swimming instructors

· Processing class cancellations and Direct Debit amendments & contacting customers to advise of amendments.

· Experience in an administrative role and knowledge of Swim Vision services

· Ability to work flexibly and meet needs of the swimming lesson programme.

· Proficiency in using a computer with the confidence to learn new systems & databases efficiently.
