Air Hygiene Cleaning Operative

Hyperklean Ltd has over 20 years' experience within the commercial Ventilation Industry working at Schools, Universities, Sports Centre's etc.

The role will include a mixture of Cleaning air ventilation supply & extract ductwork, grease ventilation, fire damper inspections, drop tests and installs, air handling unit cleaning and maintenance and access panel fitting.

An experienced TR19 ventilation cleaner operative is required with a full clean uk driving licence

Job outline

· To complete all works to required TR19 quality standards.

· Ensure works are accurately recorded on company system.

A full clean driving licence is essential valid to drive in the UK with a minimum of 5 years driving experience.

Specific experience of this type of work is essential with experience in:

• Cleaning Air Supply & Grease Extract ductwork systems to TR19 standards


• Minimum of two years work experience is required


The successful candidate must be willing to travel as part of a team to work at various sites throughout the UK, the role involves at least 3-4 nights overnight stays as required.

The role is physically demanding, and the successful candidate must be:

Comfortable with working at heights and confined spaces

Hardworking, Flexible and Reliable

Able to work as part of a team

Presentable at all times (Hyperklean uniform provided). Safety Boots are required but not included in uniform provided.,

  Available to work away from home every week 4 nights a week


Customer focused with excellent communications skills dealing with clients.

The hours of work are on average 40 hours. Hours and shifts may vary (days/ nights) and are changeable according to work requirements. You will be expected to start work early mornings or work night shifts as and when business levels dictate, including some weekend working and overtime as required.

£13.50 per hour with full clean uk driving licence

£25 overnight food allowance for overnight stays (non taxable)

Traveling time paid

Hotel accommodation paid by Hyperklean, you will be expected to share a room with your colleagues.

Working week is normally Monday to Friday with Occasional Weekend working

Paid Weekly every Friday one week in arrears.

You will working normally in a team of two-three.

Suitable candidates will be expected to attend a 1 day job trial (paid). This is NOT an offer of employment. During the 1 day trial your skills and experience will be assessed to determine your suitability for the position.

After the 1 day trial the successful applicant will then be offered the position on a six-month probation period.
