Agricultural Parts Advisor

Communication with customers to understand their parts requirements and provide appropriate recommendations.

- Assist customers in locating and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles.

- Provide accurate pricing information and process customer payments

- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing orders as needed

- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely delivery of parts for vehicle repairs

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally

- Utilize phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone
