Full Job Description

  • Answering and transferring calls, greeting and assisting people entering the office

  • Create and update work schedules on a daily basis using MS Word

  • Updating excel spreadsheets with information daily for invoicing purposes, purchasing costs, vehicle information

  • Stationery & PPE orders using bespoke requisition system, booking hotels and couriers

    We're looking for an organised, detail-oriented, self motivated individual with previous Admin/Office Experience using MS Excel. Use of Sage would also be useful but not essential., MS Excel Experience

  • Prior Administration and/or office experience

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with emphasis on attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
