Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in English, Excel, Outlook. As an Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and providing administrative support to our team.

Duties:

Operational.

Management of external contracts.

Management of HR systems.

Chair, Report on managers, internal and external meetings.

First point of contact for the CEO on operational matters.

Covering for CEO.

Lead on the new Charity Website.

Manage the charities Risk Register.

Governance.

Review, update all internal policies and procedure in line with current charity and HR law.

Prepare monthly reports for Trustee meetings.

Attend Trustee meetings, when required.

Cover from Regional Board member when required.

Admin.

Maintain all staff files and internal paperwork.

Finance.

Review, report on all expenditure in line with budgets.

Review all external contracts, for cost savings.

Fundraising.

Manage Fundraising personnel.

Manage and facilitate local grass roots charity events.

Fulfil roles at Rockingham Rocks, the charities one day festival.

Identify, Cost, Business plan and Report new business development opportunities outside of the normal RSPCA framework.

Retail.

In conjunction with Retail Operations Manager identify and establish new retail sites within the Northamptonshire Area.

Welfare.

In conjunction with Welfare Operations Manager manage the transfer of all animal welfare paperwork to the new Animal Shelter Manager system.

Proven experience as an Administration Manager or similar role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor

- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Attention to detail and accuracy,

  • Administration: 5 years (preferred)

  • Salary: £15,000 to £30,000 pro rata.
