Accounts Junior

The right candidate will have responsibility, along with the current Accounts Payable Administrator, for maintaining timely and accurate accounting records and reports (we currently operate Sage Accounts 50 software), specifically:

• Purchase ledgers admin mailbox


• Producing ad hoc reports and analysis


• Liaise with Service team re supplier enquiries.


• Chase Statements for overdue invoices


• Matching of invoices and purchase orders on TMS


• Matching and monitoring of Card transactions and chasing of receipts


• New supplier/customer set-ups


• Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc


• Any other reasonable requests to assist with the day to day running of the company.


A full clean UK Driving Licence and use of your own car will be required for this role due to the location of Head Office.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm

  You will be working directly with the Finance Manager of an established and expanding business specialising in the service, maintenance and transportation of mobile medical scanning units and related activities.
