Full Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dynamic Accounts Administrator to join our Finance Team in our Head Office in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.,

  • Queries from our frontline, country house, and office teams

  • Processing of refunds and compensation

  • Reservation system (Tigerbay) daily task maintenance

  • Support with post and banking of cheques

  • House income and petty cash processing

  • Utilities

  • Adhoc administration tasks for the finance team

    Ideally, our new colleague will have recent experience in a similar role within a reputable hotel or multifaceted Food and Beverage business; and possess exceptional Excel and analytical skills with the drive and passion to work in a busy and vibrant team., Recent Accounts administration experience within a hotel or Food and Beverage business

  • Analytical skills are essential

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

  • Excellent communication skills

  • High degree of attention to detail

  • Use of Access Financials (preferable)

  • Innovative: understand how things are done and why and then seek to improve them
