Accounts Administrator

As an Accounts Administrator at CARE, you'll be instrumental in maintaining their financial functions.

Responsibilities will include overseeing daily accounting tasks, ensuring compliance, and aiding in strategic financial planning.

Your key role will be to develop and support their community and co-creation projects, perfectly aligned with their live festival programme and year-round initiatives along the East Lincolnshire Coast., This is an exciting opportunity to join the North East Lincs Health and Care Partnership Team on a fixed term or secondment basis for 18 months to programme manage the Integrated Neighbourhood and Frailty Programme. The role is hosted in Navigo and works on behalf of the Health and Care Partnership., Participants will be supported by their Social Prescribing Link Worker though our 12-month program. The Link Worker will develop and manage their own caseload to ensure that reviews are carried out on time and regular contact with their participants. The role will be responsible for creating an action plan with participants to achieve their desired outcomes, and support them through delivery of the action plan, with staged assessments and redirection where appropriate.
