Full Job Description
- Diagnosing, fault finding, troubleshooting, documenting & resolving software & system issues using given tools (Freshdesk, JIRA, MS SQL, Teamviewer, SOTI Mobicontrol)
- Escalating issues as necessary to senior levels
- Maintaining software documentation including user guides and release notes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
- Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets
- Customer service experience and / or software support experience
- Technically minded with inner drive to explore new technologies
- The ability to adapt to change
- GCSE Grade C or above English Language (or equivalent)
- GCSE Grade C or above Maths (or equivalent)
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Strong 1st or 2nd line software support experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server language
- Knowledge of Windows server and client environment, networking and mobile client / Android apps
- Experience in management and prioritising own workload and strong organisational skills
- Waste Management & Recycling sector knowledge, Customer service: 1 year (required)
- IT support: 1 year (required)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
